I'm not understanding what the idea is with the in-game chat threads, so I thought I'd ask. There's not much substantive discussion I can see there, and the speed of posting during the game seems to mean all standards of grammar and spelling are out the window. What's the point of a hundred "let's go Mets," "hope they score some runs now" posts in a row?
Am I missing something? Feel free to educate me, disagree, or let me know what you've been getting out of the game threads (and what you'd like from them). I'm curious what the rest of you think.
