Hitlist Updated, Giants Opening Day

Just a couple of quick things before I go watch the Giants get massacred on national television.

  1. I updated the game chatter hitlist as of yesterday's game and should get today's up shortly.
  2. I know there are a lot of Giants' fans on here (unlike MetsGeek which seems to attract mostly Jets' fans). Definitely check out the SBNation Giants blog Big Blue View for game chatters and other good stuff. If you like the Jets for some reason I guess you can go visit NY Landing Strip. Or not. Whatever. They already got annihilated today.

Anyone see the end of the game?  If the highlight shows spoil it...try to find tape of the last 20 seconds uncut.  The speed at which they got on the field was amazing...and the announcer thought it couldn't be done.

But yes ,we both got creamed yesterday, and I don't think (and didn't think before yesterday's games) either team is making the playoffs.

THE NEW FACE OF THE METS...ENTHUSIASM!! I don't have too much to add gang. I think the picture speaks for itself. I'm not too much of a stats geek, I just go off of what I see from the players and the Win / Loss column. This pic was taken from Thursday's phenomenal game against the hated Phillies! I can't remember the last time David Wright got this excited about scoring a run or making a play. It really feels good to see the entire team enjoying a win. The team desperately needed this. I NEEDED THIS from David Wright. It just gives me goose bumps.
