Next Met Ace

Assuming we resign Ollie after this season to a long term contract, I've been wondering something.  We've got two very talented, still young pitchers in Maine and Oliver Perez plus a number of other pitchers coming up through the minors (Kevin Mulvey, for one).  Which young Mets starter has the greatest likelihood of being the Mets next ace?

It refuses to allow me to change the poll so I'll just add it here:

Not Erik Bedard
Apparently, Seattle won the sweepstakes for the guy who might have been the best pitcher in baseball last year.

He might have been....
If he'd managed to reach 200 innings for the first time in his career.  He's almost 30 years old and has yet to top the 200 inning mark.  He's got great stats and surpreme talent... but if you can't hit 200 IP, I don't see how you can be an ace.
