• Bobby Parnell started and struck out five in four scoreless, one-hit innings.
• Tobi Stoner pitcher a scoreless inning of relief, allowing a hit and a walk and striking out one.
• Eddie Kunz had another rough go of it, allowing a run on two hits and two walks in mop-up duty in the ninth.
