Dear ESPN:

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE split them up.

In fact, don’t just split them up. Split them up, then ship each of them to a foreign country and let them cover cricket or something. Thank you.

No thank you

Cricket coverage already has its own “Joe Morgan” — former England captain Nasser Hussain. Maybe throw Geoff Boycott in there as well. Terrible commentators, both of them, and terribly biased in favor of their team.

In any event, splitting Jon and Joe up is not enough. One of them should be shot out of a cannon into the ocean. The other should be taken away and examined by top men.

Top. Men.

'Catsmeat!' he cried. 'I see it all. It was that chump, Catsmeat.'

Don't hate on Jon Miller

He should be traded to the Orioles so he can call their games again.

Holy Crap

That is quite a mustache Bob Raissman has.

Anyway, taking Morgan off Sunday nights sounds great but Rick Sutcliffe is almost as big a bonehead.

idea

We need a stat like unearned runs, but instead of after errors (or runs that scored as the result of an error and would not have scored otherwise), it’s for runs that score after a terrible call by an umpire.
