Yea
I saw that on MetsBlog, but its voracity is tenuous at best. The article indicates that Rodriguez went to New York to be checked by the Mets’ doctors, but the entire account is given by “a source linked to stellar closing Venezuelan” (translation via Google). There are no quotes from Rodriguez or his agent, so until this gets reported by someone reputable I don’t think there’s much to grab onto here.

More
The Mets and Rodriguez’s agent Paul Kinzer know nothing about it.

Didn't think so
These reports are interesting though, because they gauge the fan reaction. Seems very positive for signing K-Rod.

I am, too
I’m also glad you were the asshole on this one. I think it would seem more pedantic coming from the guy who writes the site.

…especially when that guy just called a rumor “voracious.” When I’m pretty sure it just had dinner.
Sorry, this wasn’t originally a thread about who was the biggest spelling asshole, was it?

Wow
What an asshole you are. I’m sure I meant veracity, not voracity. Sheesh!

Can you end a sentence with "ARE"?
Shouldn’t you say “You are what? An Asshole!” ?

"Arrrrrr" is a great word to end a sentence with.
If you are a pirate.
'Catsmeat!' he cried. 'I see it all. It was that chump, Catsmeat.'

If the contract is big enough
I think I’d prefer the sign
