Let’s not forget a couple of things:
1) We went up against Zambrano on Monday. Many teams have been shut down by the Big Z… no shame in that.
2) Tuesday night was a perfect storm of sorts. Lily is not as bad as his statline would indicate and we fielded a pretty awful lineup on Tuesday (minus Church, Castillo, and Schneider). Lily was eventually going to rebound… why not against an offense whose 6-9 hitters are anemic?
any lineup with Castillo
that we field is an upgrade. Alou can’t get back fast enough, and we have to keep him on the field.
kitten killing
you know what it is that happens before god kills a kitten.
please, think of the kittens.
I don't care for your damn numbers, Mr. Simon.
I don’t care for them one bit.

Help me, Johan Santana.
You’re my only hope.
