Mets Fans/Phillies Fans

We all know if you're a Mets fan you hate the Phillies. Well That got me to thinking. Do you dislike the Phillies fans, or just the Phillies? As for me I just dislike the Phillies. In a lot of ways Phillies fans are just like Mets fans accept for rooting for the Phillies. I mean Phillies fans are just as critical and hard on their team as Mets fans are. Any player knows if they play for either of these teams they better perform or they'll be booed. The Phillies fans have been through all of the hardships just like the Mets fans. Now you could say that about any team, but I see a difference. I mean let's take the Pirates for instance. Their fans expect them to lose, so they aren't near as hard on them or themselves as we would be. I really think Mets and Phillies fans take losses harder then most fans of their team do. Discounting the Yankees, Red Sox and Cubs fans. I don't know I kinda drifted into 2 different topics there. Anyways what's your take?

the phillies can go to hell

some of their fans are ok, as long as i don thave to be around them when theyre rooting for the phillies. or the eagles for that matter.

Maybe

Mets and Phillie fans are cut from a similar mold, so we naturally dislike each other. I must admit that while I hate the Braves and Phillies. I’ve never met a Braves fan that I hated, but I can’t say the same about Phillie fans.

I put Braves fans in a total different class. Atlanta ain’t much of a sports town if you ask me.

The Fans

I like teams that are all rivals of Philly teams. Most fans can be civilized but at the same time most fans are loud, annoying, and put their teams that haven’t won championships since a decade before I was born on a pedestal.

Phillies fans

I lived in Philly for about 10 years (just moved last year) and, let me tell you, I can’t STAND their fans. First of all, they’re giant bandwagoners. No one gives a rat’s ASS about the Phillies if they’re not winning. Second of all, most of them know NOTHING about baseball. They just, as bandwagoners do, want to back a winner. Hate them with a passion.
