His OBP is up to .352. Yeah, he can barely get it out of the infield, but he’s been better of late.

I just can’t believe how well he commands the stike zone. You never see that with rookies, especially ones right out of AA.
Also, I love that Manuel has the confidence to let him protect Beltran. I remember shit-for-brains Randolph had Wright batting 7th for much of 2005, even though he was the 2nd best hitter on the team.
