yeah, they were pretty lifeless
They sucked the last time I went to a game with DoctorK16. Maybe we should stop going to Shea together.

Sounds fair
You two are banned from Shea as a duo. A painful loss is the reason Ian B and I won’t bring Smart Water into the games anymore.

ha
I don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t bring Smartwater into Shea. It really helps my Saturday afternoon hangovers on the train and in the park.

Scott Hairston
He is of the Baseball-Playing Hairstons.
The Hairston family is one of only three families (along with the Boone family and the Bell family) to have had three generations of major league players.

I was waiting for 'Hell' as one of the choices
but in fairness to Aaron he has been overworked like a fiend the last few years and he must have a dead and/or hurt arm

yes
I think it might be time to give Aaron (1) some rest and (2) another shot as a starter. Working almost every day in relief doesn’t seem to be helping his value or his durability.

The signal rarely goes out, but it’ll happen at the end of an important game (and sometimes for no reason).

he was killing the ball in spring training.
i think he led all players (in spring training that is) in homers. GM kevin towers for the Padres sent him down to the minors even though he had more homers than the entire Padres team during SP and the Padres fans were irate! if it’s one thing they needed, it was offense and he got sent down before the 1st game of the season. he’s a basher. he was at the university of Tennessee anyway.
