Day baseball in the office has generally been a pretty terrible combination for me and the Mets but, fuck it, I gotta do something. Let’s go Mets!

The Brewers are on fire, and are probably a better team than the Mets. I’d be OK with 1 of 3, and ecstatic with 2 of 3. At least we don’t face Sabathia.

The baseball gods may be smiling on the Mets. The Phillies are playing in Washington and the Nats are playing their best ball of the season right now. The Phillies might not make up any ground on the Mets before next weekend’s showdown.

This also may be an NLDS preview. If the Mets take the division, they’re likely to face the Brewers.

I’d rather have to deal with that than what the “Scum Bunch” used to do to haze new players.
