That is obviously Tsuyoshi Shinjo’s name in his native language writing style of kanji. Literally translated to mean: “slow moving river that carries no sticks”.

I didn’t want to give it away, because I happened to know it for a fact and didn’t want to ruin the fun. I would have never gotten Glendon Rusch though, that was hard. I didn’t even know Rusch signed autographs.
