Uh-oh..I may be wrong. Pedro's glove is Rawlings, not Mizuno.

yeah, he also wore Nikes, not whatever those spikes are
and his glove would be blue
We've got ourselves a ball club, the Mets of New York town!

That's interesting about the
blue glove. He coordinated when he came to the Mets.

Those are Mizuno spikes as well.
Apparently, this guy likes to coordinate as well.

I want to guess Luis Ayala by the arm slot, but I don’t think he had that color glove.

That has to be Aaron Heilman
That little shoulder slant and the way he is under and behind the ball.
Well, instead of adding porn hits to the site,
I’ll contribute this nugget: the support column in the background looks like a part of Houston’s design. Opened in 2000. So, post 2000 pitchers?
Porn is offensive
I prefer adult entertainment. I really do prefer it.

And, unfortunately, your MG comment count is non-transferable. You have to start at 0 here like everybody else. Well, 1 now.

That would be awesome.
That thought did occur to me as well.

Guantonamo shouldn't be closing.

Holy obscure reference, Eric.
Wow.

I think that there should be a rule established
A photo or a ball with a signature must have had that pitcher play more than 100 innings for the Mets.
43.1 innings? Why-o-why should I or would I remember that person?

Actually
didn’t the Mets have a lot of guys who were “the ____________ Greg Maddux”? Wasn’t Rick Reed the poor man’s Greg Maddux? And Jae Seo the Korean Greg Maddux?
I think this was the female Greg Maddux

Looks like it. Either that, or maybe the worst drawn set of lips ever.

You’re thinking of Takashi Kashiwada.

Too bad he pitched like the Japanese Mike Maddux
by BobbyV_Incognito on Jan 27, 2009 9:04 PM EST up reply actions
I take that back.
Mike Maddux was way better than Komiyama. 7 home runs allowed in 43 1/3 innings? Ugh.
by BobbyV_Incognito on Jan 27, 2009 9:07 PM EST up reply actions
Well
You did say the Japanese Mike Maddux, which would presumably be worse than the American Mike Maddux.
I dunno about that.
The Japanese are pretty good at making things better than their American counterparts.

Reading the article you linked
Steve Phillips of all people says that “over there he was known as blah blah blah.” So, not only is that kinda like a children’s game of telephone, but considering the source, I’d say the resutls were right on par.
