Chip Hale is expected to be named the Mets’ new third base coach after the World Series. Hale, 44, spent the past three seasons in that role with the Diamondbacks after six years in that organization as a minor-league manager.

Seriously, D-back is such a horrible abbreviation/shortened changed name. It makes it too easy to mock.

That title is so misleading...
I thought it meant that the Mets may be signing or trading for a diamondbacks player. Well, I would rather have Bob Melvin as bench coach than Razor “send him” Shines.
