Is it really fair to give all the credit to the training staff while ignoring the fact that some teams are just unlucky, or more importantly choose players that are more pre-disposed to injury?

I wouldn’t blame a team’s training staff if the entire team was maimed in a bus accident.

listening to jackasses like ed randall talk about why you can’t feel bad for the mets when teams like CIN and TB overcame their injuries woes w/ due to better organizational depth…and then when called on the fact that the mets AAA depth all came up and they got hurt too claimed that niese “wasn’t good anyway” in his brief debut, that fmart was a flawed prospect to begin with, nieve wasn’t even a true met farmhand and angel pagan isn’t a “difference maker”.
