What, did the horse racing gig not work out, Paulie?

Baseball wise, you're probably right
But I really, really dislike LoDuca on a personal level. Shouldn’t matter I realise, but he irritates me beyond belief.

Hmm . . .
Paul LoDuca/Omir Santos platoon? Is that too much grission for one position to handle?

What happens when you store sandpaper
with the scratchy sides facing each other?

Champtionships
the number one issue facing the Mets is finding that one guy who’s going to say "get on my shoulders and ride me to the championship."

Lo Duca's gritty right?
I’d give him 30 million over 3 years. We could get on his shoulders and ride him to a championship.

Champtionship, here we come!

Hmm...
So, a player in his late 30s, who has, over the years, been plagued with injuries that have kept him out of the game for significant periods of time as of late wants to return, citing that he’s “completely healthy”, and that his “heart’s into it” because he "feel[s] like [he] still [has] a lot to offer." Where have we heard that before…
As much as I don’t like Lo Duca that much, he probably wouldn’t be all that bad of a fit. I mean, can he be much worse than Santos? He’d be a cheap, low-risk/high-reward gamble, anyway. And, if there’s one thing Paul Lo Duca likes, it’s gambling. My mom also accidentally bought a Lo Duca T-shirt two seasons ago, and I want her to be able to wear it again, so why not?

I think he'd be a better fit because we sign over the hill players who have very little chance of panning out
and then play them far too often.

And then give them extensions

Paulie
Theres a club in my town, rule is 25+ older for males, 18+ for females. That might be more up your alley.

Rules like that are in place to protect the women
as the 18-24 year old men are ‘immature’ and dangerous. Personally, I’d be more worried about the 25+ male looking for an 18 year old ala Paulie BigNuts.

At first glance that sounds creepy
But I imagine all someone would have to do is spend 15 minutes in a student section at a college football game to understand why it makes perfect sense.

The scary thing is that Paulie>Molina
