He's considering the Mets and Yankees just like Matt Holliday is.
I don’t think that we’re getting him, and at the price that he’s probably going to get, given what he is (a lot of unrefined, raw talent who isn’t, most likely, going to immediately find himself in the Major Leagues), I don’t necessarily think that’s a bad thing. That’s not to say I wouldn’t want the guy, but only at a reasonable price, which is an unreasonable thing to expect.

speaking of parades
the Knicks must be awfully happy about the pleasant coincidence that the Yankees parade happened while LeBron was in town, eh?

did you see them interview CC?
apparently CC and LeBron were fairly tight in their Cleveland days, and they asked him what he would tell LeBron, and he was like “there’s nothing like winning in this city.” Good man, CC, good man.

The Knicks really must be in the depths if that's the best type of courtship they can use.
Have another player from another team from a whole different sport tell him why it’d be worth it to come to the Knicks. I grew up a Knicks fan, but it’s just hard to like them, coming off of the entire Isiah era.
