It sure does.
That’s one thing that I need to give YES credit for- they have a lot of very good non-baseball game programming. Yankeeography, I like watching, even though I can’t stand the Yankees, and they’ve had a couple of other good shows. We haven’t had such a long and storied history as the Yankees, and we don’t have as many Hall of Famers or whatever, but there’s plenty of interesting history to the Mets franchise. Asides for their random specials, like the Tom Seaver-Jerry Koosman-Nolan Ryan chat, SNY is really lacking in that department. This show looks like it’ll give SNY a notch in that category.

One of the Yankeeographies I saw
was at a bar, during my cousins bachelor party. The sound was off, so I couldn’t hear anything, but I didn’t feel like spending any more money, since I knew we were going back to his place to just drink some more, so I was just kinda sitting there watching. It was Mantle, so it was all ‘50s baseball at it’s best. You don’t really even need volume.

A bachelor party
not at a titty bar? I’m confused.
"We must win and we must know how to win rather than win because we have statistical people."
Nah, the best man was his younger brother, who was still under 18, so we wouldn't have been able to go to a place like that with him
Apparently, they’re friends with the owners of the bar that we went to, so there were no problems with bringing him in even though he was underage.

access to that link is restricted to newsday subscribers for some reason
but Greg Prince of Faith and Fear in Flushing posted the text of the article

They're pretty awesome
I’m not one to shill for SNY programming, but the DV deck where they preview this stuff is right near my desk. I caught part of the 63 video and heartily advocated them airing it; it was actually more interesting from a time-capsule standpoint than a baseball one.
