Just a Thank You

I got my own little piece of Shea Stadium today and just wanted to thank Eric, Sam, James, Alex, (I assumed it was you four who voted) and everyone who makes Amazin' Avenue the best Mets blog on the internets. I was giddy when I saw it in the mail and it looks great on my desk in my room. Thanks again!

You deserve it Evan

Not the only, but one of many people here who create a culture based on discourse and reasoned argument, rather than hyperbole and biased opinion. I may not always agree with you, but I always appreciate your insight.

Thanks for the kind words

And also for not posting an entry. I felt I had a shot as long as there was a Meddler AAOP.

+1

especially since there have been some extremely questionable newcomers in the past few months

Good idea.

I’m just hoping he avoids the potential post-game ritual of throwing it at the teevee after K-Rod blows a three-run lead in the ninth.

Just be glad I never finished my AAOP

let’s just say the centerpiece was the fantastic picture of Matt Murton riding a unicorn, and there was no way I was losing.

No, but seriously, congrats Evan

I've got a little MS paint thing I made that I figured I'd stash just in case he signed

Too bad doesn’t look like that’s gonna happen.
