Thanks for posting this
The F! comps are nice, not so much for Maine. Dick Woodson blew out his arm after his heavy workload at 27, I would’ve preferred the Darling top comp from last year.
I think Broglio did, too.
Pretty sure his arm went dead after the Brock trade.

Niese's projection is less than inspiring
But I’ll be okay with that if they end up right about Parnell and Murphy.
Pelfrey’s comparisons are interesting.
You could do a lot worse than Dave LaPoint.
The guy didn’t have a great career, but there’s something to be said for getting a decade of service time out of being league-average

Searchy was only in mlb for 4 years
And it seems like our front office is expecting/counting on Niese to be better than league average, not this year obviously but going forward.
Marte's projections look better than Flores'

Marte's rookie league line was actually way better than Flores's
in way less at bats though. And Flores’s time in A-, in only 30 at bats but that’s a lot of at bats when you’re talking about only 280 at bats in general, was pretty terrible.
Reese Havens
better hit for the cycle or I’ll be really disappointed.
I just hope they mean the Andruw Jones of the past...
…not the present.

Kind of embarrassing.
Not the list of comps, but how frequently I asked myself, “WTF is he”? And I’ve been following baseball for about 40 years now. Randy Bockus? Louie Meadows? Wes Bankston? I suppose I could Google ‘em, but I get the feeling I’d be underwhelmed by their career stats.
Lol I know how you feel
But for different reasons, I’m 19 so I can’t say I’ve been following it for 40 years. Not even 20 years, but I definitely go “umm who?” most of the time when I read these lists.
Can I get some assistance?
I’m aware of PECOTA but not familiar.
How should I be reading this table exactly? Are these other players listed most similar to least similar? Least to most? Worst case to best case?

These are just the Top 4
comps for each player. The list should be read from left to right (most comparable to least.) Though, there are various degrees of comparability, for example Delgado’s number 4 might be more comparable to Carols than Murphy’s first comparable. Hope, I didn’t confuse you.
