players don’t seem to care how they look in their file photos. Piazza’s mets photo for the longest time looked like he just huffed some ether. I would want to a) not look stoned b) wear a hat that fits.

haha
What I don’t understand is that, why on earth would he let Yahoo keep this picture of him and display it? Who did the editing? (Apparently, no one). Surely the guy has looked himself up on Yahoo and seen this picture. Was it taken by MLB? It’s just all so laughable.
Hell, I actually have an example here at work of the same damn thing. Recently, the ‘organization’ has covered an entire wall with a picture of ‘us’ working. There are only about a dozen or so people in the picture hard at work. In the upper right hand corner, guess what’s there for the world to see. A guy in full yawn!
I got so much grief for this picture because people thought it was me in the picture yawning. Hell, when I first saw it, I did a double take. Upon further inspection I could tell it was a co-worker because of the lanyard around his neck that holds his badge. Hell, he even admitted it was him. The point though is; How on earth can a picture, that covers an entire wall, be allowed to go up with a person in full yawn so prominently displayed? Stupid I say.

A few observations
- Have you ever seen Cole Hamels and Derek Zoolander in the same photo? That’s what I thought.
- Jamie Moyer is pretty well-preserved for his age and he STILL looks absurd as a player instead of a coach.
- Joe Blanton once killed a man just to watch him die.

Kelly Johnson is a sick man.

I'm watching it
But, as Henry Kissinger said about the Iran-Iraq war, it’s a pity they both can’t lose.
