Pitch Type Linear Weights now available at FanGraphs
For those that don't know what PTLW are: they essentially tell you the quality of a particular pitcher's pitch in terms of runs, i.e. Zack Greinke's slider has been +5.9 runs better than the average slider and his fastball has been +14.5(!). For comparison, Livan Hernandez's fastball has been 8.3 runs worse than the average fastball.

I can't believe this site is still free to use. Amazing.

Correction:
Greinke’s fastball/slider have been 14.5 and 5.9 runs above average total, but 2.97 and 3.23 per 100 pitches. One is a counting stat and the other a rate stat.

That's amazing!
So if he throws 50 fastballs in a game, he saves about 1.5 runs more than the average starter given the same pitch distribution?

So if I'm reading it right
Santana’s at 7.2 runs above average with his changeup and 3.21 per 100 pitches, which seems awesome.
On anoth note, Oliver Perez’ numbers are just depressing.
