I'll be checking in on this after the NHL Draft
Should be a good one (I hope).
Yeah....
I’m out in arizona trying to watch on mlb.tv….. anybody hear a predicted start time?

Not specifically
But I’m in Brooklyn and it doesn’t seem to be raining anymore, though I’m still hearing some thunder in the distance and the sky still looks like it could still open up at any time.

Yeah seems to be happening here now too
Still doesn’t look spectacular and its drizzling a little again, but its a lot less threatening looking than it was 15 minutes ago.

Interesting
there’s more than a couple arizonan’s on AA. Not surprising since so many people move out here from the East Coast. I live in central PHX

Yeah
I live in New York, but I have lots of family out in Phoenix… out here for 2 weeks but I can’t not watch the Mets. I already had to go two days with only mlb gameday

you picked a nice time to visit
We’re barely touching triple digits.
(yea, all anyone wants to talk about when they know you are from or have been to phoenix, is how damn hot it was/is)

Gilbert, baby. West Coast NY Capital of the World
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but Jerry abuses the privilege.
Yeah,
I actually am in Gilbert. It is close enough to Phoenix, and I always forget the name Gilbert. People are so damn nice in Arizona compared to NY. It’s wild.

I've been out here 10 years and could never go back.
Everything is nicer and cheaper. That’s a winner.

I'm def going back when I'm finished with school in 2 years (for family)
but I enjoy it here. You can’t beat the winter. And you’re right, everything is dirt cheap.

You make a very valid point. They breed them right out here
But I’m already married (she’s from PA (Orioles country), I’m from CT) and 28 years old, and kind of have everything planned out for my triumphant return.

Ah, well I'm 28 too and "partially" engaged and I still can't help it.
They certainly too breed them right in the PHX (and by association, Southern Cali)

No Jeter?
that’s a pretty weak sauce Yankee line-up. 2-4 can do some damage, and C.C. can slug one out, but aside from that, I’m unimpressed.

Pitching pretty well in Savannah, just got out of a bases loaded, no out jam and has five scoreless so far. Flores is working on another nice night too. 2 for 2 with a double, he’s due up in the next half inning.

Jerry Manuel...stop being....stupid...
Definitely
Carson’s groundball generating ways could play really, really well in St. Lucie. Enough so that he’ll start getting some attention. Then I could see him moving to Bingo next year and eventually generating mixed results in the upper levels until/unless he can make an adjustment and miss more bats. He probably has the stuff to do it, and he gets enough groundballs and has the stuff to get by in relief if not.

jerry really wants him to heat up, so he’s going to keep throwing him out there every day.

But I have other guys I like to use in both leagues too, and I just have a hard time committing to a second baseman as an everyday Util, but Hill usually gets more of the starts there than the other guys. I have Jayson Werth in both leagues too as arguably probably the third best outfielder out of four or five in each.

What evidence is there?
