BA Top 25 (and next 25 alphabetical)
BA's midseason top 50 is out.
Holt and Mejia make the list, but not specifically ranked, as only the top 25 are numbered.
I believe Fernando Martinez is out of the running for now as a major leaguer; not sure if that may change by year end depending on his at-bats.

If this was including some guys with limited MLB at-bats
We’d be pretty set. I can’t imagine Mejia NOT being on the Top 50, and F! would be in the Top 20. So that’s good.

nope
The next 25 aren’t ranked, just alphabetical. Unless by some miracle the ranking goes 26. Alderson 27. Alvarez 28. Anderson 29. Arrieta, etc.

That's odd
Hyde had it reported that way and now his post has changed. I think you may need the BA subscription to view it or, in Hyde’s case, reprint it.

Or, I should say
You need the subscription to view it and in no circumstance may you reprint it.

You don't need a subscription
Just to get the list (perhaps for the description or exact ranking of 26-50). Maybe by coincidence that’s where Mejia and Holt rank, but that happens to also be where they fall alphabetically among the 26-50 guys, so I think Hyde just didn’t realize it was alphabetical when he counted up the next 25.

Definitely too lazy to count it out!
But I think your theory may be the best one.

Mejia>Drabek

But Mejia is in the Mets shitty system
so thus, must suck. The Phillies have better prospects so, obviously, Drabek is better.

Is Jason Heyward really the #1 prospect in baseball?
I know he’s good but he’s really that good?

Apparently.
I don’t get the whole hullaballoo.

Yeah people are going crazy about him right now
He won’t be #1 when Stras signs, but he’s getting that kind of hype right now.

Does Atlanta try to trade him
maybe for Matt Holliday or Adrian Gonzalez? It’s not a wise move to trade him for three months of Holliday but it seems like they’re trying to make a push to win this year and he’s clearly a year or more away from being a contributor.

keep in mind
delmon was #1 for two full years so it doesn’t mean that much…

absolutely
Heyward doesn’t have a discernible weakness.
