Minaya Is On Notice

Well.. it seems that NY Mets executive John Ricco is being groomed to replace Omar. At least according to todays NY Daily News. He seems to have the perfect "skill sets" to work for the Coupon family. He knows little about evaluating talent, he looks good in a suit and he has a friend in Jolly Jeff Coupon, the ringmaster for the clown college we affectionately know as the NY Mets front office.

Minaya apparently was sent up to Bison country  this week to look over that talented roster and no doubt explain to the fans in Buffalo that things are going to improve soon. It is obvious they will based on all the excellence being demonstrated at Binghampton by the B-Mets.

If I were Omar, I would begin preparing m resume for his next job. I honestly believe that he will be fired shortly after this debacle of season has ended. We know the Coupons love low key operations, and Omar has had too many bumps in the road to suit them. While I welcome his ouster, I would welcome the selling of the team even more.
