Cubs Suspend Bradley for Remainder of Season
Bradley would be a good pick-up. But Omar is still the GM, so if it's smart he won't do it.

If the Cubs picked up most of the salary,
I’d be tempted. But he’s still batshit crazy and frequently injured. I can’t see a Milton Bradley era in New York ending well. Or without bloodshed.

Milton Bradley’s Montreal Expos vitals: Drafted 2nd rd of ‘96 draft, played parts of 2 seasons here (’00-01), 109 gms, .222, 3 HR, 34 RBI.

seriously?
you think that would be a good move? the guy has 2 years left on his deal and even if we didn’t have to pay him a cent hes had problems with just about every team hes played for. yes yes, he had a good year in texas but have you ever heard of the word outlier?
and of course the peaceful harmony machine known as the mets organization is just the place for him to put his rebellious ways in the past. acquiring bradley, despite his offensive ability, would be a train wreck waiting to happen.

what would the train wreck be?
Just in the media? If Bradley says something bad about the Mets does that make David Wright play worse?
By outlier do you mean .405, .423, and .345 (this year) wOBA? Why wouldn’t you take him for free?
