They got him from Japan - didn't you hear about it!?

He played with the Chiba Lotte Marines (2006-2009), before he decided to void his contract prematurely for the remainder of 2009 (what was left of said contract), citing irreconcilable differences. Reportedly likes yakyuu and sushi.

Google cache search

It took me forever to find his player page, as it had been removed from the site, but looking long and hard on the Google page cache search recovered said player page (finally, after 20 or so min.)
