What other blog are Mets fans gonna go to for in depth analysis and constant hilarity?
Metsblog?
"We must win and we must know how to win rather than win because we have statistical people."
Metsblog is hilarious
albeit unintentionally
You don't cheer for the Mets. You drink for the Mets.
thats more tragically hilarious
or tragilarious as i like to call it, we get enough of that from just watching the games though… dont need more from Metsblog

MS Paint
I see a correlation between site visits and the use of MS Paint by contributors.
Grission and Husart - that is either the non-union Mexican equivelant of "Starsky and Hutch" or the key to winning the World Series.
I know
that the statistical numbers indicate that AA is growing in popularity, but an internet executive tells me that the people at The Good Phight care about each other more.

I apologize for the lack of traffic in August
I was on vacation and did not check this site for like ten days. Serves me right too as I missed the whole Mike Sliva discussion.
Good job guys!
Just know, if there's ever a riot at Citi Field and Oliver Perez was the starter, I started the riot.
lets all congratulate Eric and the rest of the AA crew by giving them all a great big hand!

AA truly is the illin’est mets blog in the series of tubes. i’ll still check it every day but unfortunately i started dumb ass grad school recently and my posting rate has correspondingly plummeted. maybe i’ll figure this whole ‘class’ deal out soon and i can go back to wasting more time here, but in any event: congrats again, i hope this means Amazin Avenue is reaping windfall profits!
Lets hope that when gut check time comes again the Mets will pass it with flying colors.
I find the opposite to be true
Grad school has increased the number of posts and time spent procrastinating on the internet.
I agree with you about given props to the AA staff. Especially James’ great posts and Joe does an excellent job with the applesauce
grad school theory, take 3
just so you know, my webtime has gone way down since i finished my PhD, so I say grad school is highly correlated with increased posting. But have to wait til the mets don’t suck to know importance of this variable.

take 4
im working on my PhD, which i believe means i spend most of my waking hours on the internet trying to avoid real work. This site with its endless stream of information about something I enjoy has been invaluable in achieving that goal.

kinda interesting to see as the season goes down the drain
we still see more people come and visit the site. you’d expect people to lose interest.
David Eckstein: so gritty they would eat him in the south for breakfast with some butter and sprinkle cheese.
Kudos, Comrades!
Glad to see the success. So more importantly, are you making decent cash off of the increased traffic?
I dunno how the internets pays these days.
