Cliff Lee's wife harassed by Yankees fans
It may not have any effect on his signing at all, but that's a classy move to upset the guy's wife. Clearly, that will leave a positive impression on Lee and his family.

Wow. NYTimes.
I wonder what the article was about.
Guys....
You’re all being to hard on this guy. Who doesn’t want to share the results of a great mani with the world. He’s just saying to the word “look at those faboo cuticles.”

classy. smart move Skankee fans
"Fantasy, reality, science Fiction. Which is which? Who can tell?"
eh
I just saw the article and couldn’t believe how stupid those fans would have to be to do something like that. Considering, you know, a majority of Yankees fans think that Lee signing with the Yankees is a foregone conclusion and dismiss the thought that he goes elsewhere in a causal conversation.
If there's ever a riot at Citi Field and Oliver Perez was the starter, I started the riot.
Yeah, no, I understand… I just hate the whole sentiment of being petty towards other fanbases based on the actions of their worst representatives.

I suppose that's a good point.
And since we rip on philly’s fan base enough, I’d figure it would be fair to point out stupidity in the Yankees fan base as well.
If there's ever a riot at Citi Field and Oliver Perez was the starter, I started the riot.
Because we're Mets fans
and hating on the idiocy of Yankee fans is our sport.

I have seen this gif a number of times now
Wtf exactly is he doing?
Gas prices today are a lot like a pitcher's ERA. Anything under 3 is amazing, under 4 is pretty good and anything 5 and up is something you want to avoid.

I met a bartender today who is also a Molloy grad from Queens...
He was in stitches as I was explaining this scene to him.

Mrs. Lee....
Mets fans will bring you flowers every time you come to the stadium to watch your husband pitch.
Bobby V. for manager, Wally B. for bench coach.
how stupid can yankee fans be?
did they not know it was her? Or are they just that dumb?
mediocrity thy name is Wilpon- jdon (and Billy King-Paul G B)
Lee's Wife and CC's Wife were sitting together, that what the story said.
The Yanks fans knew.
I remember during the Rays vs. Phillies’ World Series. There was a story saying that the Phillies fans were throwing condiment at Rays’ Joe Maddon daughter or wife?
yeah but at least
Phillies fans didn’t have grand delusions of signing Joe Maddon to save anchor their rotation. They’re just bad people. These Yankee’s fans are stupid bad people.

I go with ringz & cigar guy
because he looks older, hence he’s far more experienced at douchism.

I would say the ringz/cigar guy...
But if the contest were the ringz/cigar guy versus ALL the guys in the animated gif, the gif party in a landslide.

Ringz & cigar guy
His douchebaggery is clearly premeditated.
Ringz & cigar guy
Who buys rip-off WS rinngs? Or worse, who makes rip-off WS rings? Answer: entitled, self absorbed, douches.
Save Jenrry Mejia!

The guy in the .gif
Because if I ever met him I would not be able to resist punching him in the face.
I doubt I could resist punching any of them.
They all just have the kind of face you want to punch.
