Maybe I am missing something but I thought bringing in Perez for the 14th was just a classless move. Since Misch was warming up and came in later, its not like it was the only option. I really think he did it to embarass him, humiliate him one last time . He wasn't the best or only option to win the game at that point so bringing him in had to have some other darker motive. Guy had not pitched in 28 days. It is almost like Jerry said, if I am going to go down for this, I am going to throw everybody else under the bus as many times as I can. And of course, Ollie desrves scorn but a manager should always treat his players professionally. And give Ollie credit for staying around in the dugout. Am I crazy or does anybody else agree with me on this?
