Pedro Feliciano Will Decline Mets Arbitration Offer

According to his agent Melvin Roman, Pedro Feliciano will decline the Mets arbitration offer and become a free agent. The Mets will receive a sandwich pick between the first and second rounds of next June's amateur draft if Feliciano signs with another team.

The Yankees and the Phillies have been mentioned as possible suitors for Feliciano's durable-but-RHB-fearing left arm.
