If Takahashi looks good again..

I think Tak and Figgy should be in the lead for 5th spot based on performance.. But, I don’t think either of them are leading the spot in Manuel’s mind

I'd rather have Kunz in the Mets' bullpen than Mejia.

Kunz, at least he belongs.

I take it that Dodgers

is saying that Kunz is in his proper role.

by Brian. on Mar 18, 2010 10:01 PM EDT up reply actions

Yes.

He belongs nowhere near our bullpen, because he sucks, but he’s supposed to be in the pen; he’s a reliever, through and through.

Gameday has been pretty shitty at that so far this spring

That can't be correct. Look at Perez:

27 pitches- 22 stikes, 5 balls.

No way.

2 runs, a walk, 2 k’s, 6 hits.

Yeah, it was for me.

I was stuck in the transition from the bottom of the 4th to the top of the 5th for like 5 minutes. I closed it, and when I turned it back on, bam, we tied it with a Francoeur homer to left.

We haven't had a problem with that on this team for a few years now.

That’s a good streak to keep going. The shirtless front office executive starting fights with Minor Leaguers streak broke, so that’s the longest one we’ve still got going.
