Bases Loaded + Mets = Bad
The Mets, who were 2-for-14 with runners in scoring position, were ranked 29th in the majors the past two seasons in bases-loaded average -- hitting .220 in 2009 and .216 in 2008. Per Adam Rubin - ESPNNY

If Barajas were more clutch
he wouldn’t have let Harris make that diving catch.
That's what happens when the batter is Fernando Tatis 50% of the time
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but Jerry abuses the privilege.
Did how many mentions did the fact that Tatis hit two grand slams in one inning against the same pitcher get mentioned today? Three times?

If that was Bengie Molina up there hitting that ball, his gravitational field would have acted upon that ball ever-so-slightly, making it drop out of Harris' range.

This is my new plan for bases loaded, no out.
Do not swing at anything. They are bound to walk somebody eventually. 1 run is better than none.
Gas prices today are a lot like a pitcher's ERA. Anything under 3 is amazing, under 4 is pretty good and anything 5 and up is something you want to avoid.
Im amazed we hit over 200 with the bases loaded, it feels like way less.
Do they also have us ranked by OBP with the bases loaded by any chance? I wonder if we get over .250 if you include walks and HBPs

Those are just two vaguely related facts
And it’s a bit misleading. The Mets also hit .276 with RISP in 2009, which was sixth best among all Major League teams.
