Nor does he know anything about it.
Seriously. Ask Gary Busey.
The 2010 New York Mets: Maybe it's the Phillies' turn to have 95% of its roster on the DL
The 2009 New England Patriots: At least we got our division title back
The 2009-10 New Jersey Devils: 15 games to go!
That was the part that always blew me away.
Seriously, Gary Busey?
John Olerud, Hall of Famer. Got a nice ring to it.
You guys realize
since those commercials stopped playing just everything has gone down hill. Get the fucking Giusseppe Franco commercial back on SNY.

Keith? Seriously Keith? And not, say, Gary? Or Ron?
"Blinding ignorance does mislead us. O! Wretched mortals, open your eyes!"
Gil Hodges IS a Hall of Famer.

Gary's not an analyst.
I think Mike Emrick got the nod for play-by-play guy.
I know you don’t like him, but Keith really is very good at analysis and he’s entertaining. Ron’s very good as well and I’m pretty sure already has an Emmy of his own.

Analysis? seriously?
I could see him getting an award for (off-) color commentary, but that seems like a separate thing to me.

Keith does provide very good analysis
provided that he is paying attention to the game that night. How often do we hear Keith say something like…. " Hey Gar, how’d that play go on the scorecard? I wasn’t paying attention."

yeah, as long as the game is interesting to him
he provides good info. Where players are positioned, hitting mechanics, pitcher/catcher stuff.
Emmys are decided on the basis of submissions, right? So he could possibly have won on just a couple of games of really good info.
