In my opinion, i think baseball clubs should use their fans as a guide for what to do with the team. The idea is, using a way to communicate(sport channel, website, ballpark votings, etc.) ask the fans about what the GM should do. Whether it is a free agent signing or a managerial move, player move etc. This way, if you pull the trigger on the deal, the only thing you can receive from the fan base is praise if the deal is what they wanted. Obviously the GM can't listen to all suggestions, but may be keep them in mind. And c'mon, who doese'nt think they would be a better GM than Omar? Please tell me your ideas and opinions.
