Or 2003. Or 1993.
Or 1977-83. That’s the thing about being a Met fan — you have to accept that about one season out of 4 is going to be “lost.”
And I'm old enough
to have “enjoyed” all of them! Yea for me.

so far my terrible feeling about this series has been justified.
Lets hope Pelf helps us out today.

I avoid certain seats.
I generally sit in the upper deck but avoid the first 5 rows unless the stub hub seller includes seat info. There is a glass panel with a handrail mounted to it in the staircase separating each section. sitting in the first 5 rows in seats 1-6 on the right field side means you watch the batters box through glass. I’m not sure how it works on the left field side as I always side on the 1st base side.

by Nomenclaturist on Jun 2, 2010 1:05 AM EDT up reply actions
Trading Reyes
would make offense and defense our biggest problem. And offense is already a bit of a problem with 2 black holes and a sub .300 OBP catcher.
and if we traded Reyes
we’d open up a bigger black hole elsewhere
I wonder if Carl Everett believes Jamie Moyer exists.
I guess so
Anyway it’s a moot point because that deal is never going to be on the table. The biggest problem is still that the Mets have lots of holes and no trading pieces to fill them with . . .
