Or 2003. Or 1993.

True story

I was in Montreal for a weekend – had press passes to Olympic Stadium…hit the nightclubs and ran into a bunch of Mets…Sasser, fresh out of rehab, was drinking with a blonde on his arm…if I recall correctly, his wife was a brunette. Same trip I saw Doc in Chez Paris and Todd Hundley bought me a beer after I tried buying him one. In his words, “I think I make more than you.”

watch out for aisle seats in first 5 rows. you don’t want the batters box to be in the glass panel at the end of each staircase.

I avoid certain seats.

I generally sit in the upper deck but avoid the first 5 rows unless the stub hub seller includes seat info. There is a glass panel with a handrail mounted to it in the staircase separating each section. sitting in the first 5 rows in seats 1-6 on the right field side means you watch the batters box through glass. I’m not sure how it works on the left field side as I always side on the 1st base side.

as other have said aren’t spectacular. If Pelfrey could just walk a few less batters, he’d be very good. If he could lower his walk rate to 2008 levels, keep up his strikeout rate, and keep up his ground ball tendencies, he could be a pretty dominant pitcher.
