Angel is nominated for his work with the charity City Harvest, an organization devoted to fighting hunger. Past Met winners include Gary Carter (1989), Al Leiter (2000) and Carlos Delgado (2006). Some other big names nominated this season are Albert Pujols, Brian McCann,Torii Hunter and Adrian Gonzalez.
