I wonder if it's because he's rich and famous, and can afford the best doctors/treatment,

or if it’s because some new treatment out there that is really working. Because, a few months ago when we learned he was diagnosed with cancer, it was looking like he had a year or two to live, and the prognosis was not good at all.

I know, it's been basically only good news since he began getting treatment

And that flies so much in the face of the gloomy prognosis when the diagnosis was first made- I don’t know what to think, reasonably, about his odds and whatnot.
