and I think one other from Dickey along the way, I truly can’t remember anyone else who got the Terry called for sacrifice bunt down.

The one who makes K counters sometimes..... no not the good one, the other one.
10.5 back in August ?
that story ?.
It’s not because they did anything great. It’s more because the Braves sucked.
One day, this team is going to kill me.
it's all because of the Mets
taking 2/3 from the braves before dropping 2/3 to St. Louis. yep, we made it happen. suck it, Atlanta.

the only good one is they beat Philly to eliminate them.

The Rangers have never won a World Series
that makes them the underdog, and the Mets fan in me wants them to win because of that.

once the Red Sox, Braves, Phillies, and Yankees were all out of the picture
my Mets-based preference for the underdog was satisfied with the entire field of playoff teams. i would have been happy with a Brewers or Tigers championship, and i’ll be satisfied with whoever wins this series. basically i just want seven games so the off season will be as short as possible. ;-)

Just asked my hubby-who-holds-an-electrical-contractor’s-license why we lived cross town for over 17 years and lost power exactly twice. Move here about 10 years ago and I swear we lose power once a month.
He explained to me what the problem probably is. I just looked at him and said ’F’ck JCP&L’.
