ON TOP OF THAT THERE ARE NO WINNERS ON THIS TEAM. NO GRIT AND NO PASSION. SINCE SANDY ANDERSON HATES SPENDING MONEY I HAVE A PERFECT SOLUTION FOR ALL THE WOES OF THE NEW YORK MESS: MANNY RAMIREZ. NOW I KNOW HE IS CLOSE TO 40 YEARS OLD, TOOK STEROIDS AND IS SUSPENDED FOR AT LEAST 50 GAMES BUT HE IS A WINNER AND THE YANKEES PROVED WITH PLAYERS LIKE DEREK JETER AND ANDY PETTITTE THAT WINNERS DON'T GROW ON TREES. SANDY ANDERSON: PLEASE GET OUT YOUR CHECKBOOK AND GIVE MANNY AT LEAST $5 MILLION FOR NEXT YEAR. I'M SURE HE WOULD ACCEPT. WHEN THE TEAM THAT SIGNS MANNY IMMEDIATELY STARTS WINNING I'LL BE HERE TO SAY I TOLD YOU SO.

Can I be, if not the first, then (hopefully) the last to suggest

that this kind of pseudo-trolling is just not funny anymore? Yes, I know that channeling an all-caps mongo is fun….but after all the yuks provided by the nightly rants, and then by Dwright/Dandy, and the fact that we can read all this stuff absolutely LIVE and IRONY-FREE by clicking onto MMO….can we just declare victory, and leave it out?
