Is this irony?
I'm usually not in the business of making a fanshot to bash Cerrone, but I just thought this was pretty funny. Apparently on Metsblog, there is a new type of post where Cerrone will give a quick update on what he's working on. As he explains, this type of post will have no title and no comments (hence no link) and "not a lot or [sic] words." What I find amusing is that of the 10 stories on the front page, this post has the third most words, falling 25 short of the 115 the leader had, and excluding two posts that just listed the main points of Terry Collins and Jeff Wilpon interviews, only one post on the second page had more words at a whopping 147. I just found this entertaining so I thought I'd share.

I wish Cerrone was a dick, it'd make it a lot more fun to trash him.
Instead he’s just a good dude without much talent who lucked into a big gig. Still, it’s a funny example of said point.
I've actually heard not so flattering things about him
Since I don’t know the whole story, or even how accurate it is, I print it here. I don’t think it would be right, especially if it’s a rumor or just out of context.
Scott was asked if this win meant that Rex Ryan could now be looked at as an equal of Bill Belichick's as a coach.
"Why not better? Belichick is one Mo Lewis hit from being fired," Scott said. "[Brady] don't come in we might be talking about him on the unemployment line."
Let he who is without ulnar ligament cast the first pitch.

I was never a believer until I was welcomed into the fold of the Dickey

So, what you're saying is:
Then you saw Dickey Face
Now you’re a believer
Not a trace
Of doubt in your mind

I'll run with it
I thought knucklers only threw in mid 60’s
Then, for someone else, but not for us
Knuckler’s just a novelty
That’s the way it seemed
Then along came Dickey to the scene
Then I saw Pitch Face
now I’m a believer
Not a trace
of doubt in my mind
Dicky rocks…I’m a believer, he’s next to Seaver in my mind
