Amazin' Avenue Mets Ticket Swap Meet: Games Of April 8 - April 14

I know a lot of Amazin' Avenue readers have full or partial season ticket packages at Citi Field, and it's not always easy to offload tickets to one game or another. Mets fan friends are often tough to come by these days. For the benefit of fans with extra tickets and other fans in want of those tickets, we're going to try a little experiment called the Amazin' Avenue Mets Ticket Swap Meet. Here's how it works:

For each homestand, we'll post a thread in which you can offer to buy and sell your extra tickets to one another.
You are responsible for exchanging information with one another. We accept no responsibility for your transactions.
Tickets can only be offered at FACE VALUE OR LOWER. I can't be any clearer about this.
Don't hijack the thread. Limit discussion to ticket/game exchanges only.

i hope this lasts

For us out of town folks who have trips to NYC metro at any point during the season this could be a great way to get tickets and build bonds in the AA community.

unfortunately for me…the week i have a trip to Long Island the mets are on a road trip :(

The Yanks (yes, we have both) already sent theirs, but no word from the Mets.

There’ll be a new one for each homestand, and I created a separate section called “Mets Ticket Swap Meet” which you should see in the upper left of the front page (under the confidence poll). That link’ll always bring you to a list of the swap meet posts.
