The Mets head to Jupiter to take on the Marlins today. There is no television or radio broadcast of the game, but you can follow along at MLB.com.
Scheduled to pitch for the Mets:
Chris Young, RHP
Pat Misch, LHP
D.J. Carrasco, RHP
Manny Acosta, RHP
Manny Alvarez, RHP
Pedro Beato, RHP
John Lujan, RHP
And the Mets' starting lineup:
Luis Castillo, DH
Angel Pagan, CF
Jason Bay, LF
Nick Evans, 3B
Scott Hairston, RF
Lucas Duda, 1B
Dusty Ryan, C
Justin Turner, 2B
Chin-lung Hu, SS
A couple items of note here. Nick Evans is playing third base today, a position at which he has no big league experience and just 43 games of minor league experience. Justin Turner is getting a look at second base, though his chances of making the Opening Day roster remain pretty long.
2010 first round pick Matt Harvey is on the docket to pitch Saturday in a game between the Mets' minor leaguers and Team Italy.
