Yes this is my first fanpost here so try to take it easy on me. From all the talk about the mets black jerseys , i started thinking; which jersey is the ugliest of all time? Of course there is the obvious ones;the astros of the 80's and the white sox shorts are obviously up there, but after a little searching there are a lot to choose from. I haven't been here long, so this might have been done before, but bare with me here.
Astros home jersey, 1975-1993
What they were thinking, i will never know.
Padres away jersey, 1972
This is the first of some really bad jersey's from the padres. It's almost if they were trying to be bad.
Padres home jersey, 2008
Aparently they were trying to blend in
Indians away jersey, 1975
This is a shade of red that should be banned from the game forever.
White Sox home jersey, 1980's
That has got to be the ugliest hat in MLB history.
White Sox home jersey, 1976
However weird this is, you got to love Bill Veek.
Now we get to the infamous "turn ahead the clock" jerseys...
This is definitely not the worst, but pretty bad
This is as ridiculous as it gets. The man behind this should be flogged multiple times.
Yes,they did wear these
This is seemingly what we will come to with this obsession with black. WHY!!!!!!!!!
A's home jersey, 1970's
Watch out, you might go blind
Orioles night jersey, 1970's
I would actually wear these
This a minor league team, but this is on a different level. They are a affiliate of the astros, so this might be explainable.
Leigh Valley Iron Pigs
these guys got to stop thinking outside the box
Last but not least...
Seattle Pilots away jersey, 1969
At least they don't have a man on the chest. That is the only way it could get worse
This took me 2 hours, by the way. All comments and random pictures of R.A Dickey, the invisible man or cosmo kramer are apreciated. Thank you
