Many people have been talking about trading Jose Reyes. At first I was like "No Way Jose!" But after thinking about it, I understand what they are trying to say. Reyes is asking for too much money. My idea is trade Beltran Reyes Capuano and K-rod to one team for prospects and a Lackey type guy. At the end of the year, Alderson should sign Reyes back to two to three years for the amount of money he wants. The reason I say only two to three years is because A. it's too much money, and B. Wilmer Flores is said to be the next Miguel Cabrera. He is only nineteen now, but in a few years, he'll be ready. I think right now the mets have a great infield. A few years ago, there was supposed to be a trade between the Mets and Red Sox. The Mets were suppsosed to give up Jose Reyes, and Carlos Beltran for Jacobby Elsburry and Jonathan Papelbon. I'd take this deal any day, but hopefully the Red Sox are still okay with it. Alderson needs to sign Reyes for the fans. If all the fans come together and pound him with these words, then he'll be sured to get Reyes back, unless he wants to be one of the most hated men in New York.
