Via Big League Stew, with the Phillies out of town this week the Phillie Phanatic moonlighted as the mascot for the Phil's Triple-A team in Allentown. It was all fun and games until the Phanatic took a foul ball to the neck and then wobbled about the stands for a spell.

Tom Burgoyne, who has filled the corpulent green suit since 1993, was taken to a local hospital and has been deemed "fine."
