I was on fangraphs today and I was shocked to learn that despite a high ERA, FIP and xFIP, judging by SIERA, this has been Pelfrey's best year. Albeit, a 4.45 SIERA is nothing to write home about, but it is a full .16 lower than last year where Big Pelf posted a 3.82 FIP and 2.9 WAR. I don't really know what this means, since I'm not all that well versed in SIERA, but I can assume that Pelf will still continue to suck as long as he stays away from the sinker.
