Paul is Excellent
Paul is definitely one of the best in the game. Mets fans should hope that he has a high ranking position in the organization for a long, long time.
I have a lot of respect for what he accomplished with the Dodgers, especially. He made some excellent moves and was let go basically for all the wrong reasons.
Someone who understands how to build a strong, competitive team for the long term without succumbing to outside pressure from the fan base, misguided ownership, etc. that is fairly uncommon in MLB and that is why a fair amount of big mistakes are made.
