How often do you get a guy spurning the Yankees to go the Mets? Speaks volumes to his Metsiness to me. It would be a Mischtake not to sign the guy to a nice, 2-year Jonny Gomes-esque deal. He was clutch and was able to handle the limitations of Citifield beautifully, plus he's no butcher in the outfield.
