Quick Poll: who do metss fans root for after baseball season
Answer Poll Below
Many people say you're either a mets and jets fan, yankees and giants fan, knicks and rangers fan, nets and devils fan, etc. I just want to find an answer. My cousin and I have a dispute and i would like to clear things up. Just vote for the teams you follow after baseball season is over. i am personally a Mets Giants Knicks and Rangers fan. Thank you for voting and Lets Go Mets!!!

There's no option for both the Devils and the Nets.

Sabres.
And Lundqvist. Basketball blows and I hate the NFL.
Save Jenrry Mejia!
2012 Amazin' Avenue Offseason Plan: 2nd place
Knicks
And Islanders too, but my interest in the sport has eroded almost completely in recent years. The teams I root for the most are the Mets, Knicks, and Royals.

Baseball... He's a member of sbn's (KC) Royals Review
though I’m curious why he’s a fan of theirs, as I’ve always found that team loathsome.

Giants, maybe the islanders, but the NBA can rot for all I care, it's an abomination of a "sport"
Mostly I just root for them to decide baseball season should be yearround
Hey, wait! I'm having one of those things. You know? A headache with pictures?

Baseball is what matters most.
But l enjoy other sports.
I’m a Jets fan who doesn’t understand the NYG / NYJ rivalry. I don’t hate the Giants, and in the event the Jets are terrible, I enjoy seeing the Giants win. This is contrary to baseball, as I will forever hate the Yankees, unless they’re playing the Phillies in the World Series. (please God, not again). I used to be a Knicks fan back in the days of Ewing, Houston, etc. After Ewing retired, and I grew older, I realized how worthless the entire franchise is because of their owner, and stopped watching basketball. I’ve been getting back into it the past few years, but as long as Dolan owns the Knicks, they will never win anything. I’ve now been calling myself a Nets fan for the past 2-3 years. When it comes to hockey, go Rangers.
In conclusion, I hate New York. But I do love our sports; save for the Yankees.
Mostly ditto
I have no problem rooting for both NYG & NYJ, if only because all their rivals are so dispicable. NE, PHI, DAL, MIA, and WAS can all eat poop and die. It’s hard to root against Buffalo because c’mon.
Mets
Then Giants. The Rangers used to come after the Mets, but my like of football has eclipsed my like of hockey over the past couple of years. The Nets come next, but somewhere at the bottom.

Mets and the Washington teams
I’m a sports freak though, so I still spend a huge amount of time watching teams I don’t care about. For some reason I’ve been way into the NBA this year so I’m spending my time watching that and my normal large dose of college basketball. I am proud to say I saw the first five games of Linsanity. But March is coming, so that means March Madness, which to me does include baseball.
Astro Traveler
None of the Above, Islanders, Steelers, and Chevy in NASCAR
I am a bigger Islander fan than Mets fan, sorry but if I had to choose the Islanders are my favorite sports team, followed very closely by the Mets
Then it is the Black and Gold of the 6 time SB Champion Steelers. Out o fmy teams they by far have the best ownership and it shows by the consistent product they put on the field.
I hate basketball, and never really watch. I watched 2 games over the last 10 years or so, one because I was curious about the hype so I watch Lebron 1st pro game.
th eother was the best basketball game I ever saw, it was the one were Artest went into the stands and fought. I mean go figure I never watch basketball, an dthis is th eone game I see. If there was fighting in basketball I may watch it more.
I like NASCAR, and love Chevy.
Any task BIG or small, Do it well or not at all

My rundown
The Rangers are #1 in regard to teams I follow with the Mets very close second. Love, love, love my hockey.
I started following football in 1997 with the Jets and my interest in the NFL peaked from about 1998-2004. I started high school and I just stopped following football completely for reasons that are still a mystery to me. I don’t mind if a game is on, but I don’t go out of my way to root for anyone and on a good day I’m a nominal Jets fan.
Basketball, pretty much indifferent. I follow college basketball though.
I'd rather have a Groupon than a Wilpon.
Hmm
Im curious why neither the Bills and Sabres aren’t included in this poll. There has to be some Met fans in that region of the state.
I’m Jets, Devils and Knicks. I haven watched basketball in nearly a decade but I’m trying to get back into it. The Knicks like our Mets have a problem at owner. I semi-pull for Syracuse Orange in basketball because thats where I went to college

I'm a Sabres fan
but I have never lived anywhere but LI. There seems to be a lot of Redsox, Blue Jays, and strangely Cubs fans in Buffalo.

I like sports again. Thank you Tom & Eli. The Wilpons can still go suck it.
Wait, there's no Blackhawks Knicks Seahawks option?!
The 2012 New York Mets: Well, I been down so goddamned long, that it looks like up to me.
There's no Pomes option, either
